Hi,

Just wondering if it cost much to change the plans, I like this much better.

About Us

Rick & I have been together for over 12 years (moved in together just 10 days after starting the relationship) and are now building for the first time. When researching the house we are building I could not find any other "Cedar" properties so decided to start this blog for anyone else out there who is considering this home. It is also proving to be a great way to share our highs and lows without constantly annoying friends and family, who let’s face it, are really not that interested in hearing the blow by blow of our building experience. We currently live in a 2 bedroom townhouse which drives us both mental and we cannot wait to move out, however it has proved to be a little pot of gold and ultimately will be our retirement fund. We live with our 15 year old cat who still plays like she is 6 weeks old and is all the children we need. So why build a 4 bed plus study house? Rick collects Star wars, M & M's and various other things, so one bedroom is for him and the other I plan to make my sewing room and the third will be a guest room (4th being our master bedroom). Anyway enough about us, we hope you enjoy reading about our building experience. Mel
