Practical completion pretty much means when things are signed off OK. Could be 1 to 2 weeks after until handover. Do you know if you will have driveway in before handover? You seem to have a CM/SS that allows you to be flexible with other contractors. Hit him up.<br /><br />It is frustrating about the delays, why does it seem that you watch the weather much more carefully when you build, as to opposed to any other time?
